Bonnie Weiland-Hare was a counselor at Moraine Park Technical College. After she passed away in 2012, the scholarship fund was created in her memory. She was a strong believer in technical college education and continuing education, and was involved in state and federal organizations. Patrick Hare was Bonnie's husband.
